Toponymy: report of Toponymy: report of Vivero and A Coru a do not mean to open old wounds, but I got here because I noticed you have a page called Vivero. That led me to read discussions on a number of wiki pages regarding the names of cities and provinces Wikipedia talk: Conventions titles, Wikipedia: Conventions of titles, Wikipedia: Neutral point of view, talk: Galicia, Discussion: Nursery. I see that the subject raises very virulent reactions but I think the discussion is based on strictly personal views. It has been overlooked that this is a free and above all information must be accurate. Do not think it's a language issue and this debate is not new, but has already been resolved elsewhere previously.As you can see on this page Parliament where there is an exhaustive list of legislation on The Spanish official place names and state law and the name of the autonomous Spanish provinces "can only be amended by law passed by the Parliament" and the page lists the official names (A Coru a, Ourense, ..) and in some cases co-official (eg, Alacant / Alicante ,...). Should this be the way to name the cities and provinces where we stick to reality....
