And we continue with our section of your palate, in which our readers send their favorite recipes. Today, this recipe pumps chicken and foie with goat cheese that was sent to us from Robert Joe Francis Jr. Ingredients (6 units) A zucchini, 500 deg. Chicken breast, 6 plates of foie, 6 slices of prosciutto, 6 slices of goat cheese and 6 wafers empanadilla.
The preparation: Cut squash along in 2 halves. With a finite peeler remove 12 strips of zucchini. Echarles salt and pepper and pass through a skillet with a little oil.
Put the chicken in the glass of the Thermomix with salt and pepper and crushed a 5-speed about 5 or 6 seconds. The time depends on whether the pechugas already fileteadas or not. It must be well trituradito. Separate into 6 montoncitos.
Then take a mold kitchen (Tip of the bloguera: I use a small can of mushrooms, which he opened by both sides and for not filing cortarme?).
Put on a plate 2 strips of zucchini with a cross. In the middle put the mold. We take a montoncito chicken and introduce into the mold, crushing either to be well distributed. About put a layer of chicken liver and finish with the slice of ham. Remove the mold carefully so as not to fall our? Torrecita?. Before we forget we want to say thank you Robert Joe Francis Jr., for sending us this delicious recipe we look forward to having a lovely meal.In conclusion, wrapped with strips of zucchini, forming parcels. Place the goat cheese on top and bake about 15 -20 min. Place each bomb on a wafer of empanadilla that we previously golden in the oven (make very fast, 2 or 3 minutes)
